• PolyWorks Metrology Suite – utilizing the most powerful 3D metrology software available, we are able to measure true, total surface conditions of scan data. High resolution & density point data means measurement methods have moved from a using a few points to several thousand when representing any given feature
• Continued Support – We also store your scan files server-side in case you ever need additional measurements pulled, an alignment updated, or a live consultation using original scan data

If you have an old component with no CAD, or have modified a part to work better, we can reverse create a working CAD model for you.

• Geomagic Design X – the industry’s most comprehensive reverse engineering software, combines history-based CAD with 3D scan data processing. This allows us to create feature-based, editable solid models compatible with any CAD software.
• PolyWorks Modeler – for the creation of simple solid models that include part deviation into the model. PolyWorks Modeler features unique alignments for 2D cross section CAD models.

All of our scanning systems – two structured light scanners and two scan arms – are portable.

• Extreme portability of our measuring devices means we can travel to you for in house inspections, training, and demonstrations. Some of our core services include mold verification and in-process quality assurance.
• When molds weigh ten tons it’s much easier to transport our fifty pound Faro Arm Quantum S.
