CT Scan to Analyze Adhesion and Bonding

Industrial CT Scanning is used to analyze adhesion, seals, welds, and other bonding types and connections. Penetration, leak paths, thickness, porosity, expansion, and location are some factors that can be imaged and quantified.

These images show fast-bonding, high strength adhesives. We are able to compare application techniques and recipe variations to understand how the above factors change.
